随着船闸工程的标准化、精细化管理,闸墙大面积墙体结构的表观质量越来越高,整体钢模板体系得到大力推广应用。该文通过工程实践,对于有支护体系的基坑闸墙,开发应用了“整体式模板台车”新工艺,有效提高闸墙清水混凝土表观质量的同时,大大减少了现场用工数量,提高了工作效率和现场安全文明施工。

With the standardization management and refined management,the apparent quality of lock’s wall is becoming increasingly better and better.So the integral steel formwork system is widely used.The engineering practice indicated that the brake wall of excavation with the supported system can use the Integral formwork trolley.The usage of the new processes can improve the quality of concrete,decrease the numbers of workers,improve the working efficiency,and can advance the safe and civilized construction level.
