异丙酚及七氟醚在鼻息肉摘除术中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探究异丙酚及七氟醚在鼻息肉摘除术中的应用效果。方法:将102例行鼻息肉摘除术患者随机分为异丙酚组(P组)和七氟醚组(S组),各51例。P组行异丙酚麻醉维持,S组行七氟醚麻醉维持。观察两组患者的手术麻醉效果,比较两组患者麻醉诱导前(T 1)、麻醉30min后(T 2)、手术完成(T 3)各时刻应激指标和纤溶功能指标的检测结果。结果:两组患者的麻醉效果以及在任何时刻促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇浓度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在T 2、T 3时刻血浆D-二聚体(DD)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI-1)水平均高于T 1时刻,且P组DD、t-PA水平均高于S组,PAI-1水平则低于S组(P<0.05)。结论:异丙酚和七氟醚在鼻息肉摘除术中麻醉效果、深度相当,但异丙酚促进患者纤溶功能作用强,于术后复原有利。
