右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼在小儿全麻手术苏醒期对麻醉后躁动与疼痛的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探析对小儿全麻手术应用右美托咪定与舒芬太尼复合对苏醒期麻醉后的躁动与疼痛影响。方法:选取我院2016年6月—2018年12月收治的80例小儿外科全麻手术患儿,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。其中对照组予以舒芬太尼的麻醉方式,观察组则予以右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼的麻醉方式。对比两组患儿疼痛、躁动程度及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组患儿躁动评分与疼痛评分显著低于对照组,且术后并发症发生情况显著轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿手术患儿在全麻过程中,予以右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼的麻醉方式,可显著缓解患儿术后疼痛感,并降低其并发症的发生率,在临床中有较高的参考意义。
