Status of deep fungal infection in hospital

从上世纪80年代以来,医院内深部真菌感染发生率不断升高的情况引起临床医生和微生物学家的广泛重视,综合医院由于病种、病情复杂,病情危重的患者比例相对高,深部真菌感染已经成为住院患者死亡的重要原因。现就综合医院内深部真菌感染总体分布、危险因素、致病菌种、诊断及治疗方法等进行综述,有助于进一步了解院内深部真菌感染状况,便于及时治疗。

Since the 1980 s, the increasing incidence of deep fungal infections in hospitals has attracted extensive attention from clinicians and microbiologists. Due to the complex diseases and high proportion of seriously ill patients in general hospitals, deep fungal infections have become an important cause of death of inpatients. This article reviews the general distribution, riskfactors, pathogenic bacteria species, diagnosis and treatment, which is helpful to further understand the status of deep fungal infection in hospitals and facilitate timely treatment.
