和降法治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease treated with Hejiang therapy

目的评价中药和降法治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机、对照的观察方法,将2017年6月~2018年4月就诊于我院脾胃科的60例患者分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组采用和降法,每日2次,对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,每次40mg,每日1次,疗程8周。分别于治疗前及治疗后,观察患者RDQ、SAS、SDS及SF-36量表的缓解情况。结果经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率达到86.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);改善患者SAS、SDS评分方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能方面优于对照组。结论和降法治疗能有效改善非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者症状,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Hejiang therapy in traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease and its effect on quality of life of patients.Methods 60 patients who were diagnosed and treated in department of spleen and stomach in our Hospital from June 2017 to April 2018 were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the randomized and controlled observation method.The treatment group was given Hejiang therapy twice a day for 8 weeks while the control group was given 40mg pantoprazole once a day for 8 weeks.The remission of the RDQ,SAS,SDS and SF-36 scales was observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%.The difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).In the improvement of SAS and SDS scores,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving social function,emotional function,mental health,physical pain,physiological function and physiological function.Conclusion Modified Hejiang therapycan effectively improve the symptoms of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease,relieve anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life.
