急诊护理中男护士的从业压力心理分析

Psychological analysis of occupational pressure of male nurses in emergency nursing

目的对急诊科男护士的从业心理压力进行分析,探析原因及对策。方法随机选取深圳市多家医院急诊科男护士40例,另选取40例非急诊男护士,通过对比分析急诊护理中男护士的从业压力心理。结果(1)急诊科男护士在躯体化、敌对、精神病性等方面以及阳性项目数等方面,与非急诊男护士相比,差异十分显著(P<0.01),在强迫、抑郁等方面与全国常模相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)在阳性出现率较高是症状位于前十项的主要体现为比较容易感到紧张、有不被他人接受的感受等焦虑、敌对和抑郁等。(3)急诊男护士妄想症、说谎评分低于非急诊男护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊男护士神经衰弱、精神分裂、躁狂、社交内向、诈病、校正、疑病、癔病、精神病态评分高非急诊男护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊男护士抑郁评分与非急诊男护士比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急诊护理中男护士承担着较大的心理压力和心理健康状况差,对此各级护理管理者应予以高度重视,并从护士自身素质以及环境等方面采取相应措施加以调节,以缓解男护士的心理压力和工作生活压力,提高他们的心理健康水平和护理工作质量。

Objective To analyze occupational psychological pressure of male nurses in emergency nursing and to explore causes and countermeasures.Methods 40 male nurses in the emergency department of several hospitals in Shenzhen were randomly selected and 40 non-emergency male nurses were also selected to compare the occupational psychological pressure of male nurses in emergency nursing.Results(1)In terms of somatization,hostility,psychosis and the number of positive items,male nurses in the emergency department had significant differences with non-emergency male nurses(P<0.01).In terms of compulsion and depression,it was the same as the national norm,with no significant difference and no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)The high incidence of positive symptoms is the top ten of the symptoms,mainly reflected in anxiety,hostility and depression,which were more likely to be nervous and not acceptable to others.(3)The paranoia and the lying scores of male nurses in emergency were lower than those of the non-emergency male nurses,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Scores of neurasthenia,schizophrenia,mania,social introversion,fraud,correction,suspected disease,rickets and psychotic morbidity scores of emergency male nurses were higher than non-emergency male nurses,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the depression scores of emergency male nurses and non-emergency male nurses(P>0.05).Conclusion In the emergency nursing,the male nurses bear great psychological pressure and poor mental health status.Nursing managers at all levels should pay great attention to it and take corresponding measures from the nurses'own quality and environment to alleviate the psychological stress and work life pressure of male nurses in order to improve their mental health and quality of nursing work.
