摘要
目的通过试验观察蜜炙黄芪炮制工艺改进前后对肺气虚型哮喘临床疗效变化,阐明炮制工艺的改进对补中益气作用的影响。方法选取我院2017年10月~2018年4月门诊确诊的肺气虚型哮喘病患者80例,按照1:1的比例随机为对照组和治疗组,在同等条件下,对照组使用传统法蜜炙黄芪的中药处方治疗,治疗组使用改进工艺法蜜炙黄芪的中药处方治疗;处方中除蜜炙黄芪外,其他如治疗方法、疗程、注意事项、剂量和他药等均相同,分别观察对照组和治疗组的临床疗效。结果经过临床疗效观察,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为85%和90%。结论改进后的新工艺科学合理,即避免了传统蜜炙法的不足,又提高了药品质量,也增强了临床效果。
Objective To clarify the effect of processing technology improvement of honey-fried astragalus membranaceus on the effect of tonifying middle-Jiao and invigorating qi by observing the clinical curative effects of honey-fried astragalus membranaceus in treatment of asthma of lung qi deficiency type through experiment.Methods 80 patients with asthma of lung qi deficiency type who were confirmed in the outpatient department in our hospital from October 2017 to April 2018 were selected.According to 1:1 ratio.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Under the same condition,the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription of honey-fried astragalus membranaceus while the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine prescription of honey-fried astragalus membranaceus by improved processing technology.In addition to honey-fried astragalus membranaceus,other such as the treatment method,course of treatment,matters needing attention,dose and other drugs were the same to respectively observe clinical curative effects of the control group and the treatment group.Results After clinical efficacy observation,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group were 85%and 90%,respectively.Conclusion The improved new technology is scientific and reasonable.It avoids the deficiency of the traditional candied method,improves the quality of the drug and enhances the clinical curative effects.
