基于微信平台的PBL教学在卓越医师教改班普外科教学中的应用探索 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨基于微信平台的PBL教学在卓越医师教改班普外科临床教学中的应用及效果。方法选择苏州大学2015级卓越医师班48名学生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各24名。观察组学生进行基于微信平台的PBL教学方法;对照组采用传统教学方法,学时数与观察组相同。教学结束后对学生采用考核及问卷调查进行综合评估。结果观察组理论知识成绩及临床考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且问卷调查分析结果显示基于微信平台的PBL教学能较好的提高学习兴趣,有助于培养学习的积极及主动性,能拓展知识和拓宽视野,提高分析归纳能力,并增加师生之间的交流互动。结论将基于微信平台的PBL教学引入到卓越医师教改班普外科教学实践中,增加了学生学习兴趣,提升了教学效果,值得进一步探索及推广。 Objective To explore the application and effects of problem-based learning(PBL)based on WeChat platform in clinical teaching of the teaching reform class of excellent physicians in department of general surgery.Methods Forty-eight students from the excellent physician class of 2015 grade in Suzhou University were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 24 cases in each group.Students in the observation group were given PBL teaching based on WeChat platform.The control group was given traditional teaching method and the same class hour as the observation group.After the end of the teaching,the students are assessed comprehensively by means of examination and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical examination in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that PBL teaching based on WeChat platform could improve learning interest,help to cultivate learning enthusiasm and initiative,expand knowledge and vision,improve analysis and induction ability and increase the interaction between teachers and students.Conclusion The introduction of PBL teaching based on WeChat platform into the teaching practice of the teaching reform class of excellent physicians in department of general surgery.
