酒精性肝病的发生与脾胃运化作用具有密切的关系,患者长期饮酒,酒毒酿生湿热,湿热疫毒侵袭肝脏,伏于血分,致使肝失疏泄调达,而脾失健运,引发气血失调,日久损伤正气,正气不足。刘光伟教授从医多年,在治疗酒精性肝病方面具有十分丰富的临床经验,从病因、病机等方面进行综合分析论证后,刘光伟教授认为酒精性肝病以脾虚、湿热、毒瘀三者为主要特点。根据疾病的发生发展过程分为早、中、后三期,以湿邪贯穿疾病全程。治疗上刘光伟教授认为早期应以健脾化湿为原则,中期应以清热凉血活血为原则,后期应以活血化瘀为原则,调理肝脾,促进气血运化,改善患者临床症状。
