五门十变配穴法治疗儿童原发性遗尿症的临床观察

Clinical observation on five-door and ten-change acupoint combination method in treatment of children with primary enuresis

目的观察五门十变配穴法治疗儿童原发性遗尿症的临床疗效。方法收集南宁市第九人民医院中医科及广西壮族自治区人民医院针灸科符合诊断标准的38例儿童患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各19例,观察组予五门十变配穴法,对照组口服缩泉丸,4周为一个疗程,观察患儿的遗尿次数,对比两组的临床治愈率、中医症状评分及有无不良反应。结果经过一个疗程的治疗,观察组治愈率为63.16%,对照组治愈率为15.79%;两个疗程的治疗后,观察组治愈率为78.95%,对照组治愈率为15.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医症状评分的降低幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组针灸治疗期间未见不良反应。随访6个月,观察组复发率0,对照组复发率33.33%(P<0.05)。结论五门十变配穴法治疗儿童原发性遗尿症的治愈率明显高于对照组,其两个疗程的疗效优于单一疗程,治疗安全、有效、复发率低,可有效改善中医症状,具有临床研究及实践价值。

Objective To observe clinical curative effects of five-door and ten-change acupoint combination method in treatment of children with primary enuresis.Methods Thirty-eight children who met the diagnostic criteria in department of traditional Chinese medicine in the Ninth People’s Hospital of Nanning and department of acupuncture in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 19 cases in each group.The observation group was given five-door and ten-change acupoint combination method while the control group was given oral Suoquan pills.4 weeks were for a course of treatment.The number of enuresis in children was observed.Clinical cure rate,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After a course of treatment,the cure rate of the observation group was 63.16%and that of the control group was 15.79%.After two courses of treatment,the cure rate of the observation group was 78.95%and that of the control group was 15.79%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction of TCM symptom scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed during the acupuncture treatment in the observation group.After 6 months of followup,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 0,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 33.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-door and ten-change acupoint combination method in treatment of children with primary enuresis has higher cure rate than the control group,and the curative effect of the two courses is better than that of the single course.The treatment is safe,effective and has a low recurrence rate,which can effectively improve the symptoms of TCM and has clinical research and practical value.
