针刺结合穴位埋线治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture combined with acupoint thread embedding in treatment of vertigo of hyperactivity of liver-yang

目的探究针刺结合穴位埋线治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年3月在本院收治的56例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组采取药物治疗,实验组采用针刺结合穴位埋线治疗法,比较两组方法的疗效。结果在治疗后,两组的DHI、VVAS、VSI各项评分结果均有所下降,其中,实验组的下降幅度明显大于对照组。对照组总有效率为75.0%,实验组总有效率为96.4%,对照组不良反应发生率为17.9%,实验组的发生率为0。各差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合穴位埋线治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的临床疗效显著,无不良反应,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of acupuncture combined with acupoint thread embedding in the treatment of vertigo of hyperactivity of liver-yang.Methods 56 patients with vertigo of hyperactivity of liver-yang who were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random table method.The control group was treated with drugs while the experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint thread embedding.Curative effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of DHI,VVAS and VSI in both groups were decreased.And the decrease in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,and that of the experimental group was 0.The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.9%in the control group and 0 in the experimental group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint thread embedding in the treatment of vertigo of hyperactivity of liver-yang has significant clinical curative effects and no adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
