乙型肝炎肝硬化患者采取护理干预的效果及患者依从性影响

Effects of nursing intervention on patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and influence on compliance of patients

目的探讨乙型肝炎肝硬化患者采取护理干预的效果及患者依从性影响。方法选取我院2015年5月~2018年5月收治的50例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者作为研究对象,随机分组,每组25例,对照组患者在住院期间按照常规流程接受护理,观察组患者在常规护理的前提下,采取优质护理措施进行干预。比较两组患者并发症发病率、治疗依从性、生活质量。结果(1)观察组并发症发病率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)和对照组比较,观察组的治疗依从性均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组护理后生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量明显得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者采取优质护理措施,可以有效地减少并发症,提高患者的治疗依从性,从而改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and the influence on compliance of patients.Methods 50 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given nursing according to the routine process during hospitalization while patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing measures to intervene on the premise of routine nursing.The incidence of complications,treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparing with the control group,the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The quality of life score after nursing of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life after nursing of the observation group was significantly improved,and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing measures for patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis can effectively reduce complications,improve the treatment compliance of patients,and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
