摘要
目的对白血病的临床血液生化学检验结果进行分析。方法将2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治38例白血病患者作为此次研究对象,根据疾病类型将其分为Ⅰ组(19例,慢性白血病)、Ⅱ组(19例,急性白血病),随机另选取同一时期到我院进行健康体检的19例健康人群作为Ⅲ组,均予以血液生化检验,对比Ⅲ组受检人群的检验结果。结果Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组受检者治疗前血铜、血锌、血铬、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、谷胺酰转肽酶(GGT)、血白细胞数均高于Ⅲ组受检者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组受检者血铜、血锌、血铬、LDH、ALP、HBDH、GGT、血白细胞数与治疗前比较均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血铜、血锌、血铬比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者LDH、ALP、HBDH、GGT、血白细胞数比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对白血病患者来说临床血液生化学检验有着重要的意义,其结果为临床的治疗与判定提供了科学的依据,对后期治疗有着重要的作用,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the results of clinical blood biochemical test of leukemia.Methods Thirty-eight patients with leukemia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.According to types of the disease,they were divided into group I(19 cases,chronic leukemia)and group II(19 cases,acute leukemia).In addition,19 healthy people who underwent healthy physical examination in our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as group III.They were all given blood biochemical tests to compare the test results of three groups.Results The blood copper,blood zinc,blood chromium,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),glutamyl transpeptadas(GGT)and white blood cell counts of patients in group I and group II were all higher than those in group III before treatment.The differences in data were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood copper,blood zinc,blood chromium,LDH,ALP,HBDH,GGT and white blood cell counts of group I and group II were all improved compared with those before treatment.The differences in data were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood copper,blood zinc and blood chromium between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the differences in LDH,ALP,HBDH,GGT and white blood cell counts between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical blood biochemical tests have important significance for leukemia patients.The results provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment and judgment and they have important effects on late treatment.It is worthy of promotion and application.
