县级医院版临床护理路径在肾结石中的应用研究

目的探讨肾结石县级医院版临床护理路径(CNP)的运用价值。方法选取2017年2月~2018年10月廉江市人民医院泌尿外科诊治的100例肾结石患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组采用肾结石县级医院版CNP护理,对照组采用常规护理。评价两组的疗效。统计两组患者的住院天数、主要费用和并发症。采用满意度调查表调查患者、患者家属、医生和护理人员的满意度。结果观察组的住院天数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的药费、其他费用和总住院费用均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者家属和患者的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾结石县级医院版CNP可降低住院费用和并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,同时能提高患者及家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the application values of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)ofcounty hospital edition in renal calculi.Methods 100 patients with renal calculi who were diagnosed and treated in department of urinary surgery in Lianjiang People’s Hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with CNP of county hospital edition in renal calculi while the patients in the control group were given conventional nursing.The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated.The hospital stay,main expenses and complications of the two groups were counted.Satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of patients,family members,doctors and nurses.Results The hospital stayof the observation group was significantlyshorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Drug fee,other expenses and total hospitalization expenses of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members and patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CNP of county hospital edition in renal calculi can reduce hospitalization costs and complications incidence,shorten hospital stay and improve the satisfaction of patients and their family members.
