Objective To explore the clinical value of detecting fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlC)in the diagnosis and evaluation of curative effects of patients with new-onset of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 30 patients with new-onset of type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group.30 people who underwent physical health examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.FBG and HbAlC of the two groups were detected. And FBG and HbAlC of patients in the observation group were detected after 3 months and 6 months of treatment. The values of evaluation of curative effects were explored. Results The FBG,HbAlC and 2h PG of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the serum C peptide index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.FBG and HbAlC of patients in the observation group after 3 months and 6 months of treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin detection can be used in the diagnosis of new-onset of type 2 diabetes mellitus and evaluation of curative effects of it,which has higher clinical values.
