摘要
地理信息技术的发展,推动了精准脱贫攻坚工作信息化的进展,随着脱贫攻坚工作的日益推进,脱贫攻坚信息与基础地理信息相结合的脱贫攻坚信息系统应运而生,本文结合精准脱贫攻坚指挥监测系统的实施,确定了精准脱贫攻坚指挥监测系统的总体构架,分析了系统的数据组成,设计了系统的各项主要功能,与读者分析了天地图、OpenLayers等相关技术,利用天地图提供的二次开发接口调用其发布的地图影像服务,实现了一个集合地图、影像、脱贫信息于一体的新型脱贫攻坚应用示范系统。
The development of geographic information technology has promoted the informatization of the targeted poverty alleviation.Especially,the poverty alleviation information system combining poverty alleviation information and basic geographic information has emerged.This paper determines the overall framework of the poverty alleviation command and monitoring system,analyzes its data composition,and designs its main functions.What’s more,it shared OpenLayers and other related technologies with readers,and used the secondary development interface provided by Mapworld to call the map image service to realize a new poverty alleviation application demonstration system integrating maps,images and poverty alleviation information.
