“数字工地”概念的出现实现了互联网通信技术与建筑领域的跨界融合。加快推进数字工地建设是实现精准化、精细化管理建筑工程项目的重要途径。文章从数字工地的建设现状入手,介绍了数字工地的概念和目前已应用数字工地的类型,总结了数字工地开发建设的方法和思路,基于精益管理理念详细阐述了以BIM技术为核心的数字工地的架构和体系,分析了BIM技术在数字工地建设过程中的优化模式,概括了目前BIM技术在数字工地建设过程存在的障碍并提出了基本解决思路。

The emergence of the concept of "digital construction site" has realized the cross-border integration of Internet communication technology and building construction field.Accelerating the construction of digital construction sites is an important approach to achieve precise and fine management of construction projects Starting from the construction status of digital construction sites,this article introduces the concept of digital construction site and the patterns of digital construction sites.It summarizes the methods and train of thinking of building digital construction site.The architecture and systems of the digital construction site with BIM technology as the core is elaborated based on the lean management concept.The optimization mode of BIM technology in the construction of digital construction site is analyzed,and the obstacles existed in the current construction process of BIM technology in the digital construction site and associated basic solutions are outlined.
