摘要 根据客专铁路薄壁空心高墩结构设计的特点,空心墩混凝土内在和外观质量控制难度较大。如何有效控制墩身混凝土质量,有效提高施工效率,显得至关重要。本文结合现场施工实例,从模板设计、加工,混凝土施工工装配备、混凝土生产、入模、振捣及施工组织安排等方面,介绍了空心墩混凝土施工质量控制技术,有效解决了空心墩混凝土浇筑过程中的质量通病。 According to the characteristics of the thin-walled hollow high pier structure design of the passenger railway,it is relatively difficult to control the internal and appearance quality of the hollow pier concrete It becomes more critical to effectively control the concrete quality of the pier body and effectively improve the construction efficiency.Combining on-site construction examples,this paper introduces the quality control technology of hollow pier concrete construction in terms of formwork design and processing,concrete construction tooling,concrete production,mold insertion,vibration and construction organization,from the aspects of etc.,and effectively solves the common quality problems in concrete casting of hollow piers.
