以客流为导向的TOD片区地下空间组织设计实践——成都三岔站片区TOD一体化设计

Practice of TOD Pattern Underground Space Organization Design in Passenger Flow-based Area——TOD Project Design Integration of Sancha Station Area in Chengdu

成都市三岔站片区轨道交通场站综合开发是首批设计招标的TOD项目、TOD综合开发工作专题会的召开以及各类实施细则、导则的形成和颁布都在展示成都正处在轨道交通引领城市发展的重要阶段。文章研究将从三岔站片区项目探索城市设计的地下空间组织系统,并形成站城一体化交通系统,最后通过设计点、线、面不同层次的生态绿地来构建地面、地下、空中立体化慢行交通系统。

TOD(transit-oriented development) in Sancha Area in Chengdu is one of the first batch projects awarded by design bidding.The holding of seminar on TOD as well as format ion and promulgation of relevant various implementation rules and guidelines show that Chengdu is in the important stage when the rail transit is leading the city development.Based on the project of Sancha Station Area,this article studies the underground space organization system in urban design the building up of an integrated station-city transportation system,and finally the establishment of a three-dimensional slow-moving traffic system on the ground,underground and overhead by the design of ecological green space at different levels of points,lines and surfaces.
