摘要
神经递质在癫痫(EP)的发展过程中起着重要作用,目前发现与EP关系密切的神经递质有抑制性氨基酸(IAAs)和兴奋性氨基酸(EAAs),两类神经递质在体内平衡的改变不但与EP的发生发展有关,还与EP患者的智力(IQ)缺损存在一定的关系。为进一步阐明氨基酸类神经递质在EP的发生及智力损伤中的作用机理,本文就氨基酸类神经递质与IQ和EP的关系作一综述。
Neurotransmitters play an important role in the development of epilepsy(EP).It has been found that neurotransmitters closely related to EP have inhibitory amino acids(IAAs)and excitatory amino acids(EAAs),the balance of the two types of neurotransmitters in the body is not only related to the development of EP,but also the intelligence of EP patients(IQ).There is a certain relationship between defects.In order to further elucidate the mechanism of action of amino acid neurotransmitters in EP and mental damage,this paper reviews the relationship between amino acid neurotransmitters and IQ and EP.
