摘要
蓄滞洪区启用时具有洪水淹没范围广、水深大、时间长的特点,位于其中的输变电工程防洪设计时,风浪影响不可忽视。针对蓄滞洪区特点,对波浪计算的等效风区长度和计算风速的确定方法进行了探讨,并给出了变电站防洪墙和线路塔基两种不同形式建筑物波浪爬高的计算方法,可为类似工程风浪爬高计算提供参考。
When the flood detention areas are used to retard the flood,the wave is easily caused by the wind as the widely flood areas are full with deep water for a long time,and the wave impact on the transmission and substation project in flood detention areas must be considered in flood protection design.According to the characteristics of flood detention areas,the calculation methods of equivalent wind zone length and design wind velocity were analyzed,and the different calculation methods of wave run-up between the substation flood wall and the tower foundation were provided in this paper,which can also be referenced by other similar project.
