摘要
多棱锥型钢管杆的套接连接是目前应用最为广泛的连接形式之一,现行规范对不同截面形式钢管杆的套接连接只有统一的最小套接长度要求,并未给出具体的验算方法。文章在简要分析套接节点破坏形式和影响因素的基础上,根据弯曲等强原则对不同截面形式多棱锥型钢管杆的最小套接长度进行对比计算,同时以某实际工程套接节点为例,根据不同的假设分别近似计算套接节点在轴向荷载和横向弯矩作用下的管壁内力,以此对其安全可靠性进行评估。
Slip splice is widely used on steel tapered tubuar poles.This paper analyses briefly the failure mechanism of the slip splice,contrastive calculates the minimum overlapped length about different cross sections according to the principle of equally flexural capacity,as well as the circtumference coefficient in the calculation of hoop stress under axial load.For the sake of evaluating the safety and reliability,the inner force results according to different assumptions are presented in the paper.
