激励教育在高校体育教学中的应用

随着我国经济水平的提升及教育改革制度的深入推进,当前时代对学生的整体素质水平要求越来越高。为了能更好地符合国家的建设发展需求,培养多元化人才,在教学过程当中,要注重对体育教学的改革,这样才能够为国家的发展提供高质量、高水平的人才队伍。论文分析了激励教育在高校教学过程中应用的必要性,以及激励教育在体育教学过程当中的具体应用。

With the improvement of China's economic level and the deepening of educational reform system,the requirements for the overall quality level of students are getting higher and higher in the current era.In order to better meet the needs of national construction and development and cultivate diversified talents,we should pay attention to the reform of physical education teaching in the teaching process,so as to provide a high quality and high level talent team for the development of the country.This paper analyzes the necessity of the application of incentive education in college teaching and the specific application of incentive education in physical education.
