Research on the Promotion Strategy of the Organizational Identification of Student Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学生党员的组织认同培养受到越来越广泛的重视。论文从当前高职学生党员在组织认同方面存在的问题出发,分析了影响高职学生党员组织认同的主要因素,提出从净化社会环境、优化学校教育环境、强化学生党员自我教育意识提升内生动力等方面来提升高职学生党员的组织认同感。

The training of organizational identification of student Partymembers in higher vocational colleges has received more and more attention.Based on the problems existing in the organization identification of current student Party members in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the organizational identification of student Party members in higher vocational colleges.This paper proposes to improve the organizational identification of student Party members in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of purifying social environment,optimizing school education environment,strengthening the self-education consciousness of student Party members and promoting endogenousmotivation.
