摘要
要不断深入地研究参训教师的参训心理、学习效果、工作背景等因素,不断地在实施培训的过程中发现问题,找到问题的症结所在,并采取相应的措施。论文以河南省驻马店市泌阳县教师进修学校为例,剖析教师产生参训倦怠症的原因,并给出相应的策略。
It is necessary to study the factors such as the participating teachers'psychology,learning effect and working background in depth,constantly find problems in the implementation of training,find the crux of the problem,and take corresponding measures.Taking Biyang County Teacher Training School in Zhumadian City of Henan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of teachers'burnout in training and puts forward corresponding strategies.
