摘要
一线生产班组是公司文化的承接及践行单位。做好班组文化的基础搭建,将班组基础管理形成标准化、制度化,可以有效地提升班组基础管理水平。论文从职能职责区域划分、班组安全文化建设、基础文档体系建设、班组质量文化、班组经营目标管理等几个方面,结合实践经验详细阐述如何开展生产班组的文化建设。
The front-line production team is the company's cultural undertaking and practice unit.The basic construction of team culture and the standardization and institutionalization of team management can effectively improve team management level.This paper elaborates how to carry out the cultural construction of production teams from several aspects,such as the regional division of functions and responsibilities,the construction of team safety culture,the construction of basic document system,the construction of team quality culture,and themanagement of teambusiness objectives.
