研制无线调车机车信号和监控系统（STP）车载设备出入库测试仪器

The Development of Incoming and Outgoing Test Equipment for Vehicle-Borne Equipment of Wireless Shunting Cab Signal and Monitoring System(STP)

无线调车机车信号和监控系统(STP)以下简称STP设备。由于STP设备使用过程中没有一套专业的出入库检测设备对车载设备进行维护检测,现场的设备维护人员只能通过人工观察灯显状态从而判断设备工作状态,对设备维护人员的故障诊断和处理能力要求很高,一般工作人员很难全面掌握。车站站场改造导致STP车载数据版本经常升级,数据版本维护人员无法将车载设备的程序版本直观地呈现给现场维护管理人员。论文重点研究STP设备中车载与地面设备的连接,设计出相关的测试仪器,完成对STP车载设备的功能检测,实现了记录功能。

Wireless shunting cab signal and monitoring system(STP)hereinafter referred to as STP equipment.Because there is no professional incoming and outgoing test equipment for vehicle-borne equipment in the use of STP equipment,on-site equipment maintainers can only judge the working status of equipment by observing the state of light display manually.The requirements for fault diagnosis and processing ability of equipment maintainers are very high,and it is difficult for general staff to grasp it comprehensively.Station yard renovation often leads to the upgrade of STP vehicle data version.Data version maintenance personnel can not visually present the program version of vehicle equipment to field maintenance managers.This paper focuses on the connection between vehicle-borne and ground equipment in STP equipment,designs relevant test instruments,completes the function test of STP vehicle equipment,and achieves the recording function.
