生菜富硒富花青素研究现状与展望

Research Status and Prospect of Selenium-enriched and Anthocyanin-enriched Lettuce

硒是一种人体生命活动不可或缺的微量元素,花青素具有抗癌和抗突变的功能。本文从硒和花青素与人体健康、硒与生菜生长发育、花青素研究现状3个方面介绍了生菜富硒富花青素研究现状,并分析了生菜作物上硒和花青素富集研究需要探寻的方向,以期为进一步开发富硒和富花青素生菜产品提供参考。

Selenium is an essential trace element for human life activity,anthocyanins has the function of anti-cancer and antimutation.This paper introduced the research status of selenium-enriched and anthocyanin-enriched lettuce from three aspects of selenium and anthocyanin in lettuce and human health,selenium and the lettuce growth,anthocyanins research status.The research direction of selenium and anthocyanin enrichment in lettuce was analyzed,so as to provide references for the further development of selenium-enriched and anthocyanin-enriched lettuce products.
