摘要
进化树的构建是当代生命科学技术中最为重要的技术之一,可以分析未知微生物和已知微生物的亲疏关系,从而进一步获取微生物进化关系的重要证据。本文对微生物进化树的构建进行了研究,阐述了进化树的原理,梳理了相关的理论,同时全面地介绍了最常用的构建进化树的软件及其功能,详细地介绍了微生物进化树的构建方法,以期为更便捷地开展后续研究提供参考。
The construction of evolutionary tree is one of the most important technologies in modern life science and technology,which can analyze the affinity between unknown microorganisms and known microorganisms,so as to further obtain important evidence of microbial evolutionary relationship.In this paper,the construction of the microbial evolutionary tree was studied,the principle of the evolutionary tree was expounded,the rel-evant theories were sorted out,the most commonly used software and functions of the construction of the evolutionary tree were introduced,and the construction method of the microbial evolutionary tree was introduced in detail,so as to provide references for the convenient follow-up research.
