贵州山区传统村落的土地流转现状及建议——以雷山县郎德苗寨为例

Status and Suggestions of Land Circulation in Traditional Villages in Mountainous Areas of Guizhou:Taking Langde Miao Village in Leishan County as an Example

在乡村振兴战略的大背景下,传统村落的保护和土地流转有着同样的重要性,开展土地流转、进行规模化经营是现代农业的一大趋势,但是山区与平原地区存在一定的差异性。本研究通过对山区传统村落土地流转现状的调查发现,在山区传统村落存在土地流转数量少、难度大,农户流转意识不强,无法进行大规模的土地利用等问题,分析了影响土地流转的因素,并提出建议,以期促进山区传统村落土地有效利用和健康发展,助力乡村振兴。

Under the rural revitalization,the protection of traditional villages is as important as land circulation.It is a trend of modern agriculture to carry out land circulation and large-scale management,but there are some differences between mountainous areas and plain areas.Based on the investigation of the status of land circulation in traditional villages in mountainous areas,this study found that the problems of land circulation in traditional villages in mountainous areas include small number,hard to circulate and weak circulation consciousness of farmers,inability to carry out large-scale land use,and analyzed the factors affecting land circulation.The suggestions were put forward in order to promote the more effective use and healthy development of traditional village land in mountainous areas and to promote rural revitalization.
