新工科视域下高校仪器类人才关键能力的培育研究

Cultivation Research on the Key Abilities in Measurement and control Talents from Perspective of New Engineering Department

注重培养学生支撑终身发展、适应时代要求的关键能力是深化教育体制机制改革的新要求。培养工程人才关键能力是“新工科”人才培养的最终落脚点。本文对新工科视域下测控专业人才的关键能力进行了研究,阐述了测控专业人才的培养目标和自身特点,探索了测控技术与仪器专业的课程体系,提出了测控专业人才应具备的关键能力,为专业人才的培养提供了新途径。

It is a new requirement to deepen the reform of educational system and mechanism to cultivate students'key ability to support lifelong development and adapt to the requirements of the times.Cultivating the key ability of engineering talents is the final destination of"new engineering"talents training.In this paper,the key ability of measuring and controlling technology and instrument professionals under the new scope of engineering is studied,the training goal and characteristics of measuring and controlling technology and instrument professionals are expounded,the course system of measuring and controlling technology and instrument profession is explored,and the key ability of measuring and controlling technology and instrument professionals is proposed.It provides a new way for the training of this professional.
