血清分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5与Ⅱ型糖尿病关系的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病的“炎症学说”认为,Ⅱ型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种慢性低浓度的炎性反应,炎症在T2DM的发生发展中具有重要的媒介作用。分泌型卷曲相关蛋白5(SFRP-5)是新发现的一种具有抗炎作用的脂肪因子,与T2DM及其并发症关系密切,文章对SFRP-5的抗炎作用机制进行了概述,就SFRP-5与T2DM肥胖、脂质代谢以及炎症反应关系的研究现状进行了综述,旨为T2DM等代谢性疾病中SFRP-5作用机制的研究提供参考和借鉴。
