摘要 为探索聚合硫酸铁应用于选择性聚团法制备超纯煤,以宁夏太西无烟煤为研究对象,采用选择性聚团法对超细研磨的煤粉进行分选试验。研究了研磨时间、聚合硫酸铁用量、聚合硫酸铁与聚合氯化铝混合用量对精煤灰分和产率的影响,对比了硫酸铁和聚合硫酸铁分选效果的影响。本研究采用激光粒度仪对不同研磨时间的煤样进行了粒度的测定,采用Zeta电位仪对添加不同无机高分子电解质的煤进行了电位值的测定。结果表明,聚合硫酸铁和硫酸铁有利于减少煤中的矿物质,低用量条件下聚合硫酸铁分选效果优于硫酸铁。当聚合硫酸铁与质量分数29%的聚合氯化铝按1∶1混合,其混合用量为26.45 g/(t煤)、研磨时间为30 min时,分选出的超纯煤灰分达到0.63%,精煤产率为66.84%。随着聚合硫酸铁用量的增加,Zeta电位呈现先减小后增大的趋势,由-21.40 mV减小到-25.40 mV后再增大到-14.30 mV。随着聚合硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝混合用量的增大,Zeta电位值不断增大,由-23.83 mV增大到-13.33 mV。 The application of polyferric sulfate in the preparation of Ultra Clean Coal by selective agglomeration was investigated.Taixi anthracite in Ningxia as the research object,the ultrafine pulverized coal was used in this study.The effect of the miling time,polymeric ferric sulphate and the mixture of polyferric sulfate and polyaluminium chloride on the cleaned coal ash content and yield were discussed,furthermore,the beneficiation effects of ferric sulfate and polyferric sulfate were compared.The particle size of coal samples with different milling time was determined by laser particle size analyzer,and the potential value of coal with different inorganic polymer electrolytes was determined by Zeta potentiometer.The results show that polyferric sulfate and ferric sulfate had a positive effect on the reduction of mineral contents in coal.The beneficiation effect of polyferric sulfate is better than that of ferric sulfate at low dosage.Polyferric sulfate and 29%polyaluminium chloride were mixed at 1∶1,when its dosage was 26.45 g/t and the milling time was 30 minutes,the ash content of ultra clean coal was 0.63%and the clean coal yield was 66.84%.With the increase of the dosage of polyferric sulfate,the Zeta potential decreased from-21.40 mV to-14.30 mV first and then increased to-25.40 mV.With the increase of the mixing amount of polyferric sulfate and polyaluminium chloride,the Zeta potential increased from-23.83 mV to-13.33 mV.
