聚氯乙烯食品包材中稀土元素测定方法研究

摘要 基于现有食品接触材料聚氯乙烯(PVC)中稀土元素含量测定方法的空白,对其开展了研究。以不同的消解方法为前处理手段、以电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)为检测手段,测定不同类型PVC食品接触材料中稀土元素的含量。四氢呋喃溶解法测得的稀土元素的效果最好,在质量浓度为0.1~100μg/L时呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.015~0.030 mg/kg。应用该方法测定PVC食品包材中稀土元素的含量,加标回收率范围为93.3%~109.1%。该方法对食品包材中稀土元素的痕量检测具有一定的应用前景。 Based on the blank of existing methods for determination of rare earth elements in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)as food contact material,the research was carried out.The contents of rare earth elements in different kinds of PVC food contact materials were determined by different digestion methods and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The effect of rare earth elements determined by tetrahydrofuran dissolution method is the best.The linear relationship is good when the mass concentration is 0.1~100 ug/L.The detection limit is 0.015~0.030 mg/kg.The content of rare earth elements in PVC food package is determined by this method.The recoveries ranges from 93.3%to 109.1%.This method has a certain application prospect for the trace detection of rare earth elements in food package safety.
