摘要
在酸法粉煤灰生产氧化铝中,粉煤灰与盐酸反应生成以二氧化硅和氧化铝为主要成分的料浆。由于二氧化硅的存在,料浆对物料输送系统具有较强的磨蚀作用。本文利用ANSYS Fluent软件模拟了料浆对物料输送系统的磨损情况,预测了物料输送系统各部分的最易磨损部位,从而为“一步酸溶法”粉煤灰提取氧化铝工艺以及其他类似工况条件的物料输送系统设计提供科学依据。
In alumina production from fly ash by acid method,fly ash reacts with hydrochloric acid forming slurry,whose main components are silica and alumina.Due to the presence of silica,the slurry has the strong abrasive effect on the material delivery system.In this paper,ANSYS Fluent software is used to simulate theabrasionof the material conveying system,and the most vulnerableparts of the material conveying system are predicted,which provides a scientific basis for the design of the material conveying system in the process of extracting alumina from fly ash by"one-step acid-dissolving method"and other similar working conditions.
