摘要 “三度”指的是槽温、初晶温度和过热度,它是铝电解工艺控制的核心参数之一,其数值反映电解质找态和持征,控制越好,刚可减少电解槽出现冷、热行程的概率,对减少电解槽波动、改善电解技术经济指标有利,还可以延长槽寿命。作者重点阐述“三度”的快速测量以及基于“三度”数据的工艺分析思路和生产实践,并以此为工艺管理人员提供一种全新的管理方案。 The three-degree refers to the pot temperature,liquidus temperature and superheat that are core parameters for the aluminum electrolysis process control,and their values reflect the electrolyte conditions and characteristics.The better the control,the lower the probability of cold and hot stroke inside the pot.Its beneficial to reducing pot fluctuations,improving economic indicators of electrolysis technology and extending the pot life.This paper placed focus on the three-degree rapid detection,as well as the process analytical concept and production practices which are based on three-degree data,thus providing process managers with a brand-new management plan.
