摘要
主要论述了阳极生产中沥青含量对阳极性能的影响,并简要分析了影响沥青用量的因素。通过综合考虑各影响因素,经多次试验,并结合实际生产经验得出符合实际生产的工艺控制公式。通过实时检测,可在成型前精确控制沥青含量,从而确保预焙阳极的质量。同时由于沥青加入量精确控制,减少了焙烧时烟气中沥青烟含量,达到了节能环保的目的,并减少焙烧时沥青粘填充料的可能,降低了工人劳动强度。
This paper mainly discusses the influence of pitch content on the anode performance in anode production,and briefly analyses the factors affecting the pitch content.Through comprehensive consideration of various factors and many tests,and combined with practical production experience,a process control formula which conforms to actual production is obtained.Through the real-time detection,the pitch content can be controlled precisely prior to the forming,so as to ensure the quality of prebaked anode.Meanwhile,the precise control of pitch input can reduce the content of pitch fume in the baking flue gas,achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection,reduce the sticking possibility of pith on filler during the baking process,and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
