阿立哌唑长效注射剂研究进展

Research Progress of Long-acting Injections of Aripiprazole

与口服制剂和普通注射剂相比,精神分裂症治疗药物的长效注射剂疗效确切、安全性和耐受性良好,可以解决患者用药依从性的问题,降低复发率和患者入院率,为临床提供更多的治疗选择,具有良好的临床应用前景。本文综述了阿立哌唑及其前药的长效注射剂的研发进展及临床应用情况,简要讨论了长效注射剂的制剂技术特点和应用前景,为国内长效注射剂的立项及研发提供参考。

Compared with oral preparations and conventional injections of antipsychotics,newly-developed long-acting injections have demonstrated definite efficacy and good drug safety,which can solve the problem of patient compliance,reduce the recurrence rate and admission rate of patients.These emerging novel preparations provide more treatment options for clinical use and have a widely applied prospect in clinical practice.In this review,we will introduce the progress and clinical application of the marketed long-acting injections of aripiprazole and its prodrug,briefly discuss their technical features,and provide references for the research and development of long-acting injections in China.
