基于异病同治理论探讨乳癖与月经不调的诊治规律

Diagnosis and Treatment Law of Breast Nodules and Irregular Menstruation Based on Theory of Treating Different Diseases with Same Method

中医理论认为乳癖与月经不调的发病均与肝脾肾三脏关系密切,且都受到气血、冲任的影响,因此两种疾病表现出的证候有一定的相似性。现代医学认为月经不调、乳腺增生在发病机制方面均属于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢-子宫轴调节紊乱的功能性疾病,脏腑共同的物质基础发生紊乱,因内在病机一致而出现相关的临床症状,可选择“异病同治”。纵观乳腺增生与月经不调在治则、用药上虽不尽相同,但两病的治疗及用药均离不开补肾、疏肝、调理气血的总原则。

In traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that the incidence of breast nodules and irregular menstruation is closely related to the Liver,Spleen and Kidney,and they are all affected by Qi and Blood,as well as the Chong Meridian and the Ren Meridian.Therefore,the syndromes exhibited by the two diseases have certain similarities.Modern medicine believes that menstrual irregularity and mammary gland hyperplasia belong to the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovary-uterine axis regulation disorder.The common material basis of the viscera is disordered,and the relevant clinical evidence appears due to the internal pathogenesis.Therefore,we can settle the problem according to the TCM theory of "treating different disease with the same method".Although there are some differences in treatment of breast nodules and irregular menstruation,the treatment and medication of the two diseases are inseparable from the general principles of tonifying Kidney,soothing Liver Qi as well as regulating Blood and Qi conditions.
