《伤寒杂病论》枳实“除寒热结”功用探析

《伤寒杂病论》中共有18首方剂用到枳实,虽然存在药物配伍、剂量、煎服法的差异,然书中多取枳实“除寒热结”的功效,广泛应用于各种邪气结聚之证。破阳明之实常与厚朴、大黄同用,可治疗阳明腹胀满;开寒痰之结常与桂枝、薤白同用,以治阴寒邪气所致之胸痹;开水气之聚,常与白术相伍,使水气之邪荡涤而下化;枳实能兼入血分,“破热结,坠坚气”,除血分瘀滞。其治“寒热结”之功全在顺邪气下行之性以泄降,从而达“除坚满”之效。

In Treatise on Febrile Disease,a total of 18 prescriptions used fructus aurantii immaturus.Although there are differences in drug compatibility,dose,decoction method,but the application of removing cold and heat condensation effect of fructus aurantii immaturus is widely used in treating a variety of Evil coagulation syndromes.When removing the swelling of the abdomen Yangming symptoms,is often used in compatibility with Magnolia and Rhubarb.When dealing with the condensate of cold Phlegm in the treatment of chest pain caused by chill Evil,Longan branch and longan onion bulb are usually used with it.In dispeling the Evil of water,Atractylis ovate can be used with it.It can also go into the Blood level and treat blood stasis.Its role in the treatment of Cold and Heat coagulation,mainly depends on its lowering effect,so that relieving hard fullness.
