清肺通腑汤治疗重症肺炎

Qingfei Tongfu Decoction in Treating Severe Pneumonia

目的:观察清肺通腑汤治疗重症肺炎患者的临床疗效,并观察对患者肺功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法:90例重症肺炎患者按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予清肺通腑汤。比较两组患者临床疗效,患者咳嗽、痰壅、气促等症状积分,C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、FVC/FEV1水平。结果:治疗后,研究组有效率为95.56%,对照组为75.56%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者咳嗽、痰壅、气促等症状积分均降低(P<0.05),研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CRP、IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子水平均显著降低(P<0.05),研究组以上指标[(7.12±2.12) mg·L-1、(17.23±3.56) mg·L-1、(22.45±5.02) ng·L-1]低于对照组[(9.56±2.56) mg·L-1、(20.02±4.02) mg·L-1、(27.20±5.45) ng·L-1](P<0.05)。治疗后,患者肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FVC/FEV1明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肺通腑汤治疗重症肺炎疗效显著,可改善患者的临床症状、肺功能,降低患者炎症因子表达水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Tongfu Decoction in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia,and to observe the effects on lung function and inflammation.Methods:90 patients with severe pneumonia were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Qingfei Tongfu Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,patients with cough,sputum,shortness of breath and other symptoms,C-reaction protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FVC/FEV 1 level.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was 95.56%,and that of the control group was 75.56%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration and shortness of breath in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and other inflammatory factors were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05).The above indicators in the study group [(7.12±2.12) mg·L-1,(17.23±3.56) mg·L-1,(22.45±5.02) ng·L-1] was lower than the control group [(9.56±2.56) mg·L-1,(20.02±4.02) mg·L-1,(27.20±5.45 ng·L-1)](P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes FVC,FEV1,FVC/FEV 1 were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Tongfu Decoction is effective in the treatment of severe pneumonia,which can improve the clinical symptoms,lung function and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors.
