丹溪《十二经见证》是调整还是错简

朱丹溪《十二经见证》是在《灵枢经》十二经病候的基础上发展而来的。该篇作为朱丹溪经络辨病辨证的基础,解释并补充了十二经病候“是动病、是主病”的证候。但很多循经部位本该列举的证候,尤其是四肢循行部位出现的证候,在《十二经见证》中却出现在其他经脉之中;同时,《十二经见证》中也存在部分字误,如足太阴脾经见证“尻阴股膝臑胻足背痛”,“臑”当为“腨”字之误;另外,《十二经见证》缺乏手少阳三焦经见证,这是明显的舛误,如此则不当称之为十二经。故笔者认为,该篇实存在错简,在修正诸错简见证的同时,重订手阳明、少阳经见证。

Zhu Danxi′s Shi Er Jing Jian Zheng was developed on the basis of the twelve meridian Diseases and Syndromes in Ling Shu Jing.As the basis of Zhu Danxi meridian syndrome differentiation theory,this article explains and supplements the syndromes of the disease caused by disorder of the meridian itself and the syndromes that can be treated with the acupoints along the meridian.However,many syndromes that should be enumerated in the meridian site,especially the syndromes appearing in the limbs,appear in other meridians in the Twelve Classics actually.At the same time,there are some word errors,such as in part of the Foot Taiyin Spleen syndromes, "forelimb" is the mistaken word of "calf".In addition,there is a lack of the Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian.This is an obvious fallacy,so it is not properly being called "Shi Er Jing(the twelve meridians)".Therefore,the author believes that there is a mistaken order of the bamboo slip related to this article.It is proposed that at the same time of correcting the mistakes,the parts of the Hand Yangming and Shaoyang meridian syndromes should be added into it.
