摘要
针对目前规模粉末法生产复层电触头存在的复层金属厚度不均、纯度不纯,影响电触头与其结构件的焊接性能,复层金属粉末混入触头粉末,以使电触头性能不稳定等问题,研制了自动粉末成型液压干压机的组合定位技术,以及相关的自动粉末成型压机能避免漏料的一种导轨式装料装置,并在SFJZY系列粉末成型液压干压机中使用,同时介绍了其技术优势及特点。
In view of the uneven thickness and purity of the composite metal in the production of multi-layer electrical contacts by the current scale powder method,the welding performance of the electrical contact and its structural parts is affected,and the double-layer metal powder is mixed into the contact powder and lead to unstable electrical contact performance,so we developed a combination positioning technology of automatic powder forming hydraulic dry press,and a related rail type charging device capable of avoiding leakage of the automatic powder forming press,and the SFJZY series powder forming hydraulic dry used in the press,and introduced its technical advantages and features.
