摘要 需求响应(DR)是需求侧负荷参与系统调峰的重要方式,是电力市场发展的必然要求。但需求响应的不确定性会给电力系统的优化调度带来影响。对不确定性的需求响应进行了分析,利用模糊规划理论描述了用户的用电转移情况,建立了价格型DR的不确定性模型。并考虑分时电价(TOU)和可中断负荷(IL)参与调度决策,以综合调度成本最小为目标,构建了基于可信性机会约束的源荷互动模型,采用随机模拟的混沌粒子群算法对模型进行求解,仿真结果验证了所提调度方案的有效性,符合实际调度情况。 Demand response is an important way for demand side load to participate in system peak shaving,and it is an inevitable requirement for adapting to the development of power market.However,the uncertainty of demand response will affect the optimal dispatch of power system.In this paper,the demand response of uncertainty is analyzed,and the fuzzy transfer theory is used to describe the user's power transfer,and the uncertain model of price-based DR is established.Considering time-of-use(TOU)and interruptible load(IL)to participate in scheduling decision-making,aiming at the minimum comprehensive scheduling cost,a source-load interaction model based on chance constraints is constructed,and the stochastic simulated chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling scheme,and further enhance the scheduling effect,which is more in line with the actual scheduling situation.
