摘要
综述心肌肥大的分子机制和中药防治心肌肥大的最新研究进展。心肌肥大是心力衰竭的主要风险因素,是由多种细胞因子和/或信号通路(如钙信号传导、AMPK、TLR4/NF-κB、MAPK、PI3K/AKT以及氧化应激相关等)失调引起的;黄芪甲苷、天麻素、人参皂苷以及蜂胶、积雪草等可通过调节相关通路阻止或逆转病理性肥大,从而避免发展为心力衰竭。
The molecular mechanisms involved in cardiac hypertrophy and the latest research progress in preventing and treating the disease with traditional chinese medicine(TCM) are reviewed. Cardiac hypertrophy is a major risk factor for heart failure, which may result from the dysregulation of multiple cellular factors and/or signaling pathways, such as the calcium signaling, AMPK, TLR4/NF-κB, MAPK, PI3 K/Akt and oxidative stress-related signaling pathways. Pathological hypertrophy can be prevented or reversed by astragaloside A, gastrodin, ginsenoside, propolis and asiatic pennywort herb by regulating related pathways, thereby avoiding progression to heart failure.
