关于国土综合整治工作的思考

A Research on Integrated Land Consolidation Work

为切实贯彻生态文明理念,加快建设美丽中国,针对新一轮政府机构改革后呈现的新业务格局,土地整治要实现向国土综合整治的转型升级。本文围绕新时代国土综合整治的关键问题,分析了大力推进国土综合整治的时代背景,在梳理现有研究基础上,明确了国土综合整治的概念内涵和主要任务,并从完善标准规范体系、强化政策保障措施、加强人才队伍建设等方面,提出夯实国土综合整治工作基础的建议。

In order to implement the concept of ecological civilization and accelerate the construction of beautiful China,the land consolidation should realize the transformation and upgrading to the integrated land consolidation in view of the new business pattern after the institutional reform.Focusing on the key issues of integrated land consolidation in the new era,this paper analyzes the background of promoting integrated land consolidation.On the basis of combing the existing research,this paper clarifies the connotation and main tasks of integrated land consolidation,and points out that we should improve the standardization system,strengthen policy guarantee measures,and enforce the professionals'construction to consolidate the working foundation of integrated land consolidation.
