海南省建筑用海砂资源保障对策研究

Research on the Guarantee Countermeasures of Marine Sand Resources for Construction in Hainan Province

海南省海砂资源丰富,主要沿海南岛呈带状分布,海砂资源潜力巨大,是建筑用材料的良好选择。当前,国内外海砂资源开发利用技术水平相对成熟,海南省对海砂需求逐渐增大,但海南省对海砂的开发利用相对滞后。因此,为了长期持续保障海南建筑用砂来源,海南省应从摸清资源家底、创新体制机制、激发市场活力、加强环境监管四个方面部署工作,推进海砂资源的开发和利用。

Hainan Province is rich in marine sand resources,which are mainly distributed along the coastal zone.Marine sand resources in Hainan Province have great potential and are the good choice for local construction.At present,the development and utilization of marine sand resources both at home and abroad is mature,and the demand for marine sand in Hainan Province is gradually increasing,however the development and utilization of marine sand in Hainan Province is lagging behind.In order to ensure the future source of construction sand in Hainan Province,this paper gives some advice to the exploration and exploitation of marine sand:mapping the resources,innovating the institutional mechanism,stimulating market vitality and strengthening environmental supervision.
