益气补肾活血汤联合弱激光血管外照射治疗早期糖尿病肾病36例

Thirty-Six Cases of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Decoction for Boosting Qi and Nourishing Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation in Combination with Weak Laser Extravascular Irradiation

目的:观察益气补肾活血汤联合弱激光血管外照射治疗早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床疗效。方法:将72例DN患者采用SAS软件生成的随机表分为治疗组与对照组,每组各36例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予益气补肾活血汤联合弱激光血管外照射治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白(uric micro-albumin,UMA)、尿β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-microglobulin,β_2-MG)、尿白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rates,UAER)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、超敏C-反应蛋白(high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为88.89%,对照组有效率为69.44%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、UMA、β_2-MG、UAER、BUN、SCr、TGF-β、hs-CRP、TNF-α、FBG及血液流变学指标低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾活血汤联合弱激光血管外照射治疗早期DN,可降低患者血糖水平和血液黏稠度,改善肾功能,降低炎性反应,延缓疾病进展。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Boosting Qi and Nourishing Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation in combination with weak laser extravascular irradiation on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Seventy-two patients with DN were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random table generated by SAS Software,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Irbesartan Tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Decoction for Boosting Qi and Nourishing Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation combined with weak laser external irradiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.The changes of 24-h urinary protein quantification,urinary micro albumin(UMA),urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),urinary albumin excretion rates(UAER),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),fasting blood glucose(FBG),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and hemorheology indexes before and after the treatment were tested.Results:The effective rate was 88.89%in the treatment group and 69.44%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,24-h urinary protein quantification,UMA,β2-MG,UAER,BUN,SCr,TGF-β,hs-CRP,TNF-α,FBG and hemorheological indexes in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Boosting Qi and Nourishing Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation in combination with weak laser extravascular irradiation has a remarkable efficacy on DN in early stage,can reduce blood sugar level and blood viscosity,improve renal function,and inflammatory reaction,and delay disease progression.
