疏风止嗽散联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘

Shufeng Zhisou Dispersion in Combination with Western Medicine in Treating Cough Variant Asthma in Children

目的:观察疏风止嗽散联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及其对患儿肺功能的影响。方法:将98例咳嗽患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组给予常规布地奈德气雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合疏风止嗽散。观察两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能指标[一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV_1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、呼气流量峰值(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、呼气峰流量变异率]、中医证候积分、免疫指标。结果:两组患儿治疗后FEV_1、FVC、PEF水平高于治疗前,呼气峰流量变异率水平低于同组治疗前;观察组患儿经治疗FEV_1、FVC、PEF水平高于对照组,呼气峰流量变异率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿经治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后IgE、IFN-γ低于同组治疗前,EOS水平高于同组治疗前,观察组治疗后IgE、IFN-γ低于对照组,EOS高于对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿有效率为93.88%,对照组有效率为69.39%,两组患儿有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏风止嗽散联合西药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘,能够缓解患儿的临床症状,改善患儿的中医证候积分和免疫指标,提高患儿的肺功能状况。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shufeng Zhisou Dispersion in combination with Western medicine on cough variant asthma in children and the influence on their pulmonary function.Methods:A total of 98 children with cough variant asthma were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide Aerosol combined with Montelukast Sodium,while the observation group was additionally treated with Shufeng Zhisou Dispersion on the basis of the control group.Then the clinical efficacies,pulmonary function indexes,TCM syndrome scores and immune indexes of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the variation rate of peak expiratory flow was lower than that before treatment in the same group.The levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the variation rate of peak expiratory flow was lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgE and IFN-γ in the two groups were lower than those in the same group before the treatment,and the levels of EOS were higher than those in the same group before the treatment.After the treatment,the levels of IgE and IFN-γ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and EOS was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 93.88%in the observation group and 69.39%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Zhisou Dispersion in combination with Western medicine has a remarkable efficacy on cough variant asthma in children,can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,improve the scores of TCM syndromes and immune indicators,and improve the pulmonary function.
