舌针治疗中风述评

Review of Tongue Needling in the Treatment of Stroke

舌针治疗中风取穴主要有:狭义的舌针取穴是指针刺口腔内部腧穴,包括舌尖、舌体、舌根、舌底舌系带、舌下阜、舌下壁等周围的穴位;广义的舌针取穴是除口腔所包含的内部舌穴之外,还包括外部舌穴。舌针可治疗中风后偏瘫、中风后失语、中风后吞咽障碍等。舌针治疗中风的机制学说有:生物全息论、血液动力学说、近脑学说等。舌针治疗中风后失语、吞咽障碍的取穴都集中在金津、玉液、聚泉。目前,舌针的机理研究不深入,应采用更多现代医学手段和技术,更深层次地探讨舌针治疗中风的机制将是今后的研究热点和趋势。

Tongue-needling acupoint selection in the treatment of stroke mainly includes:in a narrow sense,tongue-needling selection refers to needling acupoints in the oral cavity,including acupoints around the tongue tip,tongue body,tongue root,lingual frenulum,sublingual fu and sublingual wall.In a broad sense,tongue-needling selection includes external tongue acupoints as well as internal tongue acupoints contained in oral cavity.Tongue needling can treat hemiplegia after stroke,aphasia after stroke,dysphagia after stroke,etc.The theory of mechanism of tongue needling in treating stroke includes bioholography,hemodynamics and proximal brain theory.The acupoints for aphasia and dysphagia after stroke treated by tongue needling are concentrated in Jinjin(EX-HN 12),Yuye(EX-HN 12)and Juquan(EX-HN 10).At present,the mechanism of tongue needling is still not in-depth,so more modern medical means and techniques should be adopted to further explore the mechanism of tongue needling in the treatment of stroke,which will be a hot research topic and trend in the future.
